It has been a great joy and privilege for me to serve as Pastor of this growing church-family. We are a diverse group where we work very hard to make sure each member knows that they are an important part of the congregation.
I think that the following words shared recently by one of our members captures much of our “personality” as a Christian community:
“My husband and I have been members of Abiding Love for nearly 10 years. After just one visit, we knew that Abiding Love would be our new church home. We were welcomed into this family with the same love that Jesus Christ has welcomed us into His kingdom. It didn’t take long for us to ‘jump in with both feet’. We, together with our two children, have been blessed beyond measure by our involvement in worship, Sunday School classes, Vacation Bible School, as Sunday School teachers, fellowship groups, Bible Study, church boards (committees) and Congregation Council, women’s group, spiritual retreats, community service opportunities, and the list goes on and on.”
