Pantry has an average
of 45-70 families (over 300
individuals) each week. Our Food Pantry depends on
donations from our congregation and neighboring churches and schools to provide
for the needs of these families. When items are
picked up from the Central Texas Food Bank, we pay
$80-$100 processing fee so financial contributions are appreciated.
The families who use our Food Pantry may visit our
pantry once a month. Because of the generous
donations from our congregation and the efforts of
the Central Texas Food Bank to provide healthy
foods, we are able to provide a three day supply of
food including fresh vegetables, frozen meat,
cereal, peanut butter and other canned goods. We
appreciate donations of cereal, peanut butter, and
other canned goods.
The Food Pantry welcomes your
participation. Volunteers work every Monday from 8:30 to 10 am for set up and from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. You
are welcome to come visit our pantry. You will meet some special families and have an
opportunity to share "God's Love" with our
Diane McGowan or
Hatfield to learn what volunteer
opportunities are available.
Thanks, in advance, for your time and support. And don't forget
to include our Food Pantry
each month with a donation!
