Mission

Sharing God’s Love!

The mission of Abiding Love Lutheran Church is to celebrate God as the center of our lives and the lives of others.
All people are welcome to experience the abiding love that we, as a community, know through Jesus.
We walk together the journey of faith.

Vision

  • Abiding Love is a gathering of people who are committed to ministry in the greater Austin area and committed to expanding our own faith community.
  • We are called to share God’s love in all that we do, and we seek to measure our effectiveness by the lives we touch.
  • We nurture and enrich the lives of children and youth, with a focus on spiritual growth which is central to the life of our community.
  • We are here to help people grow in their experience of God’s love and its transforming power for daily living.
  • We believe our purpose is to equip and encourage people to care for the needs and ensure the well-being of all people following the example of Jesus.
  • All are welcome to share in our mission as we worship, serve, and learn to practice our faith, grow in our relationship with God, and experience God’s grace in our lives.
